At House of Isabella, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior selection. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original designer packaging and outer shipping box to ensure the furniture or decor remains protected during transit.

  Courier Collection

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and schedule a collection with our nominated courier service, or drop it off at a designated point as instructed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
